John Baldwin is the founder and CEO of Bridge Capital, LLC, an international investment banking and asset management company specializing in high-yield distressed debt acquisition and structuring, equity and debt placement, investment management and real estate secured lending. Bridge Capital also provides management and consulting services to companies involved in commercial and residential real estate, land development, banking and loan origination. Since 1993, Bridge Capital and its executives have been involved in the placement of over US$2 billion in high yield loans, and the acquisition of over $4-billion in high yield debt and $1.5-billion in distressed debt.
 

 
John Baldwin is also the founder and Chairman of Angkor Capital Specialized Bank, a Cambodian bank with a well established reputation of its ability to provide timely financing solutions for borrowers who have come across financial challenges, and are in need of fast, creative financing solutions. Since its formation in 2008, the bank has stayed true to its mission of providing creative financing solutions that would enable the ethical deployment and creation of capital to help businesses in financial need, reduce poverty, create employment, and provide opportunities for businesses to thrive and succeed.
 
Through the span of his career, John Baldwin  through his companies, has owned, developed, and operated many hotels, malls, shopping centers, restaurants, and gaming facilities. He has an international team composed of seasoned executives, engineers, lawyers, accountants, real estate developers, and other professionals. 
 
John Baldwin is actively involved in numerous charities and actively supports various charitable organizations. On February 15, 2016, the United States Congress awarded John Baldwin and Bridge Capital with a certificate of commendation for outstanding contributions to the response and recovery of Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands to Typhoon Soudelor, August 2-3, 2015. On April 21, 2017, John K. Baldwin and his partner Shawn Scott were awarded with CNMI House Resolution 20-7 recognizing their numerous contributions and donations to various charities and causes in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, USA from 2006 to 2017.
